April is National Poetry Month!
Come celebrate poets and their craft!
Poetry Night at the Bradley Beach Public Library
Thursday, April 26th @ 6 PM
At this event, Suzann Brucato, author of “Matriarch ~ A Journey Through Tradition,” will share her own personal journey through tradition as well as the journeys of Emily Dickinson, Anne Bradstreet, and Clare Boothe Luce.
Mrs. Brucato will read selections from her full-length collection of poems and photographs, which convey the importance of family traditions as a contribution to ensuing generations. Through her work, she provides a depiction of the journey of a woman in the eyes of a child, spouse, parent, and grandparent.
Copies of her book will be available for sale (at a special discounted price) and for signing!
Attendees are invited to bring their own work to share following the presentation!
