returns to Newark in October

The 2012 Dodge Poetry Festival - the largest poetry event in North America - returns to Newark in October with an expanded schedule and a line-up of A-List talent ranging from U.S. Poet Laureate Philip Levine to international stars from Chile and Ireland to up-and-coming talents on the verge of wide-spread discovery.
Pulitzer Prize winners C.K. Williams and Natasha Tretheway and national book award winners Terrance Hayes, Jane Hirschfield and Thomas Lux join Levine, Chilean National Literature Prize winner Raúl Zarita and Ireland's Eavan Boland as the 18 headliners who will appear Oct. 11-14 at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and seven other venues.
