A poem by Tina Kelley that appeared in the Southwest Review has been selected for the 2009 edition of The Best American Poetry, an honor she shares with Billy Collins, John Ashbery and other noted poets.
Tina and other honorees will read from their work.

David Lehman, series editor of "The Best American Poetry" and poetry coordinator of the New School's MFA program, will introduce poets chosen by David Wagoner for the 2009 volume, the 22nd edition of the acclaimed annual anthology. Featured poets include John Ashbery, Billy Collins, Mark Doty, Douglas Goetsch, Dolores Hayden, Jennifer Michael Hecht, Richard Howard, Tina Kelley, Phillis Levin, Tom Sleigh and more.
